Prices
The price may vary depending on the complexity of the character. I charge more for armours, weapons, wings etc.
If you have a specific idea in mind and you're not sure if any of the options below apply, feel free to ask me! I'll be happy to calculate the price depending on your request.

Commissions' Terms of Service
By commissioning me, you agree to the following terms.
Process of commissioning
1. You can contact me via these sites:
The fastest response you’ll get via deviantart or e-mail.
2. Send me filled out form you can find in links at the top of the page.
3. I can draw any gender, nudity and mild NSFW, mild gore, backgrounds, any humanoid character of any species (furry characters included) and fanarts.
4. I won’t draw hardcore gore, porn, mecha or non-humanoid characters.
5. If the references of your character are only written or the visuals are some photos that you want me to use to create your character, it is considered a custom. It means the prices will increase. You have to present at least one drawn reference with colors so it could be considered an already designed character. The cost of custom you can find in my prices.
6. You can send me photos of poses, expressions or clothes – it will be counted as ideas for drawing and not a custom, thus the prices won’t increase.
7. I can charge more depending on the complexity of your character - elements like armours, weapons, wings etc. will cost more.
8. I reserve the right to decline your commission for any reason – before or during the process of drawing. If the commission is cancelled after payment, you will get a refund.
9. Things like commercial rights, payment plans or any other requests have to be discussed before or during the process of commissioning.
Payment
1. After the commission is accepted, I will send you an invoice via paypal.
2. All payments should be in USD unless during the process of commissioning we agree on a different currency.
3. If the price of commission is below 100$, the payment must be upfront. If the price is over 100$, payment plans are available.
4. I prioritize already paid commissions which means I'll determine the turnaround time of your commission after it's fully paid.
5. The payment must be sent before the process of drawing starts.
6. You have 24h to send the payment, unless you ask for more time before I send the invoice. Otherwise the commission is cancelled.
7. If you’re unable to pay on time twice – and don’t warn me about it – you will be blacklisted.
Process of drawing
1. After the payment is received, I will start drawing.
2. I will send screenshots of work in progress – first on a sketch stage, then on a coloring stage and, depending on the complexity of drawing, during the painting/shading stage.
3. You can ask about changes:
On a sketch stage you can change all of the composition – if you didn’t send me any references of it (poses, background etc.). If you change your mind about the idea of drawing, it will costs more depending on the complexity.
On a coloring stage you can change small things but only up to 3 changes. Any more will be charged 5$ per one.
On a painting/shading/finishing stage all the changes you’ll ask for will be charged 10$ per one.
4. If the changes on any stage are my fault, I won’t charge you, unless your references weren’t clear.
5. After I start the commission, it will take me max. a week to finish. But my turnaroud time is much longer, depending on my queue. You can see the queue >>here<<.
6. I can speed up your commission and finish it in 2 weeks after orderng but it'll cost +50$.
7. After the drawing is finished, you will get a link to the full resolution PNG file (300 dpi).
Usage and rights
1. I retain all the rights to my drawings – I have the right to distribute, reproduce, copy and use the image as a sample for my commissions or self-promotion. I won’t resell the artwork, neither in digital form, nor physical (prints, posters or any products).
2. The commission can be used only for non-commercial, non-promotional purposes, unless the commercial usage fee is paid.
3. Turning the commission into NFT is prohibited.
4. Using my drawings for any AI-related purposes is prohibited.
5. You cannot edit the drawing, apart from resizing or cropping it to create icons, wallpapers etc. for personal use.
6. You can share the artwork on social medias but only with credit – a link to one of my pages is required.
7. I have a right to reuse sketches and any elements of your commission that was rejected for other commissions or personal drawings.
8. If you don’t want me to share the finished commission, you have to tell me during the process of commissioning.
Refunds
1. There is no money refunds unless I take much more time than we agreed on (at least a month).
2. If you're no longer interested in the commission you've ordered, you can swap it for something different for the same value (any character or outfit design, ych or other commission).
This ToS can be edited at any time without the further notice. The changes won’t be applied retroactively.
Your Character Here's Terms of Service
By buying my ych, you agree to the following terms.
Buying ychs
1. Comment under my featured commission (which states "Comment here to claim a slot") to get a slot
2. Ychs have 4 available slots unless stated otherwise.
3. You can pay a fee to:
change the background
add a NSFW version
get a designed by me outfit on a fullbody base
speeding up the drawing process to 2 weeks
be the only person to get the ych
The price of the fee is stated in the description of the ych.
4. If you want to back out from claiming the slot, notify me. If you don't tell me and just delete your comment, you'll be blacklisted.
5. After I confirm you get a slot, you have 24h to send me your paypal mail and then another 24h to pay the invoice. If you know you can't make it in time, notify me as fast as you can. If you ghost me, you'll be blacklisted.
5. If you're unable to pay or take too much time to respond, I reopen the slot.
6. To contact the client I always use the account where the ych is published. Always check if it’s me by looking at the profile, comments under the ych etc. There are people who scam people who buy ychs and adoptables, so be careful!

4. I can make small changes after the drawing is finished and it will costs 5$ per one change.
